On May 12-14, 2019, 2019 Summit Forum of Young Entrepreneurs in Yangtze River Delta themed on "Building Dreams in the Yangtze River Delta and Netting the Future with Innovation" took place in Hefei, Anhui Province, China. The forum brought together more than 700 young entrepreneurs and representatives of enterprise associations in the Yangtze River Delta.
Under the leadership of Xu Huaping, Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman and Secretary General of China Youth Entrepreneurs Association, Wang Wei, Secretary of the CPC Jiangshu Provincial Party Committee, Zhu Linsen, Secretary of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee, and Kong Tao, Secretary of the CPC Anhui Provincial Party Committee, a round table meeting was organized for outstanding young entrepreneurs in the Yangtze River Delta (Jiangshu Province, Zhejiang Province, Anhui Province and Shanghai). Jiang Chengzhi, Director and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Far East Holding Group Co., Ltd., Chairman of Far East Smarter Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Smarter Energy”, stock code: 600869) attended the meeting and delivered a speech. After the round table, Song Guoquan, Member of Standing Committee of the CPC Anhui Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of CPC Hefei Municipal Party Committee,together with Xu Huaping, met outstanding entrepreneur representatives from Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. Zhu Changbiao, investor,Deputy General Manager of Cable Industry, and Far East Cable"s Executive General Manager, Chen Haiping, investor, Marketing Director of Smarter Energy and Senior Marketing Director of Far East Cable Co., Ltd.and Zhu Bing, General Manager"s Assistant of Far East Cable Co., Ltd.also attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Li Bo, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Anhui Provincial Party Committee briefed on the Cooperation Framework Agreement on Serving the Integrated Development of the Yangtze River Delta, the Joint Declaration of Young Entrepreneurs and the article drafting of the Industrial Cooperation Community for Young Entrepreneurs. Heads of the youth entrepreneurs associations from Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Anhui and Shanghai exchanged and shared views on core topics such as the review of the framework agreement, the economic development speed in Anhui Province, the future development of young entrepreneurs and the promotion of high-quality integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta.
At the meeting, Xu Huaping proposed three requirements. First,young entrepreneurs should pay close attention to the mission of the new era and lead high-quality economic development in China. Second, youth entrepreneurs associations should serve the national strategy and encourage young entrepreneurs to be creators of open development in the new era. Third,regional youth entrepreneurs associations should remain true to their original aspiration, and serve young entrepreneurs wholeheartedly.

As vice chairman of Relay China Youth Elite Association and vice chairman of Jiangsu Youth Chamber of Commerce, Jiang Chengzhi first introduced the Relay China Youth Elite Association to the attendees, and gave a speech focusing on how to keep in line with national strategy for integration of the Yangtze River Delta, boost interconnection between partner associations, and build platforms for sharing development opportunities and discussing cooperation.
Jiang also said that the integration of the Yangtze River Delta is comprehensive, and young businessmen, scholars and entrepreneurs should seize development opportunities, strengthen learning and cooperation, take an active part in the integration, and contribute to the development of the Yangtze River Delta and China.

On the morning of May 13,the forum officially kicked off. Fu Zhenbang, Secretary of the Secretariat of the Communist Youth League (CYL) Central Committee, Yang Guangrong, Vice Governor of the People’s Government of Anhui, and Ling Yun, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Hefei Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Hefei, attended the forum and delivered speeches.
Yang Guangrong pointed out that since its establishment, the forum has provided suggestions in building consensus, and promoting cooperation and development, making significant contributions to the economic development of the Yangtze River Delta. With the theme of "Building Dreams in the Yangtze River Delta, Netting the Future with Innovation", the forum this year created a good learning and communication platform for young entrepreneurs, experts and scholars in the Yangtze River Delta. Yang hoped that the young entrepreneurs attending the forum will aim high and have their feet firmly on the ground, ride the waves of their day, and release youthful enthusiasm ans showcase youthful style in the course of promoting the integration of the Yangtze River and realizing the Chinese dream.
Fu Zhenbang said that the CYL of Committees of Shanghai and Anhui, Jiangsu and Zhejiang have made due contributions to help the party and government to unite young entrepreneurs and promote the economic and social development and integration of the Yangtze River Delta by focusing on the center and serving the overall situation. Fu hoped that young entrepreneurs will take this platform to shoulder the burden of the times, give full play to their advantages in innovation and entrepreneurship, consciously assume political responsibility, development responsibility and social responsibility, and write a new chapter in their endeavors to promote the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta and the overall economic and social development of China. He noted that the CYL Committee will work with party committees and governments at all levels and all sectors of society to create a favorable environment for young entrepreneurs to bring out their talents and make contributions to their careers, and fully support the youth in the Yangtze River Delta to proceed innovation, star up businesses and make contributions to the country through businesses.
Ling Yun said in her speech that in recent years, Hefei has always given priority to young talents, worked hard to promote innovation and entrepreneurship, introduced piles of policies aiming at talents, and made great efforts to build a "city of cultivating talents" and become a desirable land for bringing together all kinds of young talents. This forum is not only an important opportunity for young entrepreneurs to exchange ideas and cooperate with each other, but also an important opportunity for Hefei to learn advanced concepts and absorb excellent achievements.Ling sincerely invited the attendees to learn Hefei more during the forum to experience its unique charm as a famous city of lakes and important hub of innovation, and urged to realize innovation-driven development pioneered by the youth.
At the opening ceremony,the CYL Committees of Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui inked the Cooperation Framework Agreement on Serving the Integrated Development of the Yangtze River Delta.The young entrepreneurs associations from Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui issued joint declaration of young entrepreneurs. And the establishment ceremony of the first cohort of industrial cooperation community for young entrepreneurs in the Yangtze River Delta was held. All these efforts aim to explore the youth exchanges in the Yangtze River Delta, build a platform for youth to realize growth, provide service for the career development of youth and cultivate young talents, and further promote a favorable environment supporting the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta.
The forum was held in Anhui for the first time, and it has been held for 11 consecutive sessions. The round table jointly held by the CYL Committees of Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui and young entrepreneurs associations was among the activities under the forum.
